To ensure that your Retail POS customers are earning rewards, you must operate on Google Chrome with the Lightspeed Advanced Marketing for Retail POS (X-Series) app Google Chrome extension.
However, you'll be able to access and use your Lightspeed Advanced Marketing account on the following browsers:

When you select a customer name, you should see the option to redeem Lightspeed Advanced Marketing rewards. If you don't, you need to either install or update the Chrome extension (for desktop) or app (for iPad):
