Tracking inbound inventory in Retail POS (X-Series)

  • Available on Pro, Advanced, Enterprise
  • Available on Core, Plus

Tracking inbound inventory from dispatched purchase orders and sent transfers allows you to better understand your inventory replenishment needs. You can access inbound inventory figures in various places in Retail POS, including your catalog, sales history, the sell screen, and when ordering stock.

Purchase orders must be marked as dispatched and transfers must be marked as sent in-order to generate inbound inventory figures. For more information on marking purchase orders and transfers to the required states, refer to the Marking a purchase order as dispatched and Transferring stock in Retail POS (X-Series) guides.
