Hi. How can we help?

Retrieving open sales through the sales history

Open sales can be retrieved from the sales history and continued on the Sell screen. You can only retrieve and continue a sale if you are logged into the outlet that the sale was first initiated in. For example, if a sale was parked at the Melbourne outlet you will not be able to continue this sale from the Auckland outlet.

Retrieving a parked sale

While sales can only be parked by users who have permissions to do so, any user with Sell screen permissions can retrieve a parked sale. Refer to Setting user roles and permissions for more information.

Parked sales do not remove products from your inventory. Your inventory will only be updated when the sale is completed.

Retrieving an on account sale

You will not be able to remove items from an on account sale or cancel an on account sale in progress. If you are using the Xero integration, it is also important to not add additional items to an existing sale, as the invoice in Xero will not be updated.

  1. Navigate to Sell > Sales history.
  2. Click the Continue sale tab.
