How to print Tyro receipts from receipt printer on Windows PC

Objective

When you integrate your Tyro Terminal with Retail POS, by default, the payment receipt printing is set to print from the Tyro terminal itself. You can configure this to print from the receipt printer.  

Setup

  •  Retail POS for PC

Steps

  1. Open up your Windows 'Control Panel
  2. Look for Tyro Terminal Adapter 32-Bit and click to open it.
  3. Click on the Printing Tab
  4. Change receipt printing location to Print EFTPOS receipts locally as below and press OK.
