Hi. How can we help?

Merging customers

Customer data holds many growth opportunities, allowing you to get to know your customers and build trust. Managing customer profiles effectively is an important part of this process and ensuring that duplicate customers do not exist is the first step. This leads to a clean database, allowing you to work more efficiently, save time, and make fewer clicks.

For merchants using Lightspeed Advanced Marketing, other third-party apps, or custom integrations with our Customer API, the merge action will not work.
