The home screen shows the targets for the user currently signed in. This can be a very useful tool for identifying top performing cashiers or sales reps, for example, and setting goals for each team member.
Setting user targets
To add daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each user, navigate to Setup > Users.
Admins can set the targets for any user. Managers can also set user targets, but only for cashiers that belong to the same outlet.
Once the targets have been set, the user will be able to monitor their progress from the home screen. The section Your sales targets shows a progress bar of the user's sales target. Can I add a salesperson to individual sales lines?
Yes, you can add a user to individual lines within a sale using the Retail POS Sell screen. However, you can only add one user per sale line. You may choose to do this to track an individual staff member's performance or to calculate commission.
Can I set performance targets for my sales team?
You can't set a sales target for a group of users, but you can set sales targets for individual users.
How can I measure the performance of my sales team?
You can measure the performance of your sales team from your Sales Report. This report gives you the flexibility to see total revenue by user and also individual items sold per user.
