Once signed in, Reporter gives you full access to the Retail POS Home Dashboard, which correlates core retail metrics into charts that display day-to-day data to track sales.

These can be filtered by Today, This Week and This Month time periods using the hover bar. Here you can also filter by outlet, with the default set to All Outlets.

Advanced Metrics are only available to retailers that are on Pro, Advanced or Enterprise plans. To learn more about plans and pricing, click here.

The default display is made up of My Sales Performance, Gross Profit and Top Products Sold metrics. More can be added and removed by taping the Show More Retail Metrics button.

Here you can add displays for Revenue, Sales with Customer, Sale Count, Average Sale Value Average Items per Sale, Discounted, and Top Sales People.

Monitoring user activity

Using the Activity tab, you can review account login activity by Retail POS users.

Listed in chronological order from newest to oldest, each login activity is recorded by date and time, with the username and display name.

Tapping a specific login activity will display additional information including IP address, Device, Operating system and Browser.
