The Zebra ZD410 and ZD411 label printers allow you to print labels for your items. These labels can be scanned showing your items prices and can be scanned for your sales and facilitate your inventory management. They connect directly to your computer with a USB cable.

Hardware requirements
The supported label dimensions are Normal - 2.25 in (57.15mm) x 1.25 in (31.75mm) and Alternative - 2.00 in (50.8mm) x 1.00 in (25.4mm).
Set up your printer
Set up your printer following these easy steps:
- Connect the power cord to the back of your label printer and to an electrical outlet.
- Connect one end to the USB cable to your label printer and the other end to your computer.
- Turn on your printer.
- Pull the yellow latches on both sides of the printer toward you and lift the printer's lid open.
- Pull the yellow roll guides apart. and insert the label roll with the labels facing upwards.
- Release the roll guides and push them together. Make sure the label roll is secure and turning freely.
- Pull the labels out past the cutter at the front of the printer.
- Push the labels under the roll guides.
- Flip the labels up and align the movable sensor to the center position.
- Push the lid closed until both yellow latches snap shut.
Add your printer

Pair your printer with your MacOS computer
- On your computer, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add Printer, Scanner, Or Fax… This will open a new window.
- Select the Zebra Technologies ZTC ZD41X-XXXdpi ZPL - USB.
The numbers next to the ZD41X- may change due to the model and resolution of the printer you purchased.
- Go to Use: and select Choose a Driver > Select Software.
- Search Zebra, select Zebra ZPL Label Printer, and click OK.
- Click Add.
Your Zebra printer is now paired with your computer and ready to print labels for your products.

Pair your printer to your Windows computer
- On your computer, follow the on-screen instructions. If you have Windows 11, your label printer will be added automatically.
- Go to Window Settings > Printer & Scanners.
- Under your Printers & scanners list, click ZDesigner ZD41X-XXXdpi ZPL and click Manage.
The numbers next to the ZD41X- may change due to the model and resolution of the printer you purchased.
- From the Manage your device page, click Printing Preferences.
- In the Page Setup submenu, enter your label size in the Media settings section.
- Click Apply. Your Zebra printer is now paired with your computer and ready to print labels for your products.
Print your barcode labels
Get ready to print labels for your items following these steps.

Printing your barcode on Mac
- On Retail POS, go to Products.
- Click on your product to expand it and click Print Labels.
- Choose your label quantity and click Next.
- In Label type, choose Continuous feed.
- Click Print.
- On the web browser dialogue page, select your label dimensions in the Paper size dropdown.
If you are using Google Chrome, we recommend setting the Layout of your label to Portrait to get a clear output on your label.
- Click Print.
- Once the printing is completed on Retail POS, click Done. If you canceled the print preview to adjust the label information, make the required adjustments and click Print again. You can also click Back to adjust the label quantities and repeat the process above to print more labels.

Printing your barcode on Windows
- On Retail POS, go to Products.
- Click on your product to expand it and click Print labels.
- Choose your label quantity and click Next.
- In Label type choose Continuous feed.
- Click Print.
- On the web browser dialogue page, on the print preview, make sure that your label looks clear. The dimensions were previously set in the Media settings of the printing preferences.
- If the preview is not clear, readjust your label roll dimensions by clicking on Advanced. A drop-down menu will show you different options for your labels.
- Click Print.
- After printing is complete, click Done in Retail POS.
