Resetting your Retail POS password

If you can’t log in to your Retail POS account:

  1. Navigate to the Retail POS login page from the official link: https://www.lightspeedhq.com/login/
  2. Click Forgot your password?.

  3. Enter your username and click Send email. A password reset email will be sent to the user's registered email address.

    If you are the Account Owner for your Retail POS account, your username is your email address. Other user roles may have either a username or email address as their username. To reset a password, the associated email address must be verified. A Verify your email email would have been sent to that address when the user was first created. 

  4. Click the Reset password link in the email.
  5. Enter a new password in the password fields. The entries must match.
  6. Click Create password.

Admin users can review user details on the Setup > Users page.
