With the Adjustment report, you can view the impact of manual inventory adjustments by quantity and cost.
This report is only visible to Manager and Admin roles.
The Adjustment report is located by navigating to Reporting > Adjustment reports.
Filtering your report
Reasons
Filter your results to focus on different reasons for inventory adjustments by using the Reasons dropdown. Specific reasons include Damage, Expiry, Internal Use, Theft, or Donation.
Select the checkbox for each reason, or click Select all to choose all reasons.
Date range
Set the date range for your report using the Date range dropdown. Choose to review inventory adjustments over a specific period by selecting Specify period, which allows the selection of a time frame like Year, Quarter, Month, Week, Day, or Hour.
Once you've specified your date range, select Apply.
Using more filters
Filtering by User, product, or other keywords will show the inventory adjustment data, including or excluding a specific user or product.
Relevant inputs will populate as you type; to add one, click on it.
Formatting results
Select the Format results option to change the table format. Select Show totals only, or format By product or By outlet.
Click Apply to display your choice.
Sharing your report
Select Actions > Share to set up a schedule to share this report.
Exporting your report
Select Export report... and choose your format.
