Objective

To process a partial refund that originally came from Shopify.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Retail POS on iPad
• Shopify Integration

Steps

Process the partial refund as normal on Shopify.

In Retail POS:

1. Click Sell
2. Click Sales History
3. Search and click on the sale
4. Click Return Items
5. Delete the products which don't need refunding on Sell Screen
6. Click Refund
7. Select your Shopify payment type
