Steps

Locate the layby sale

1. Click Sales History
2. Change the Status filter to Layby
3. Click to expand the sale
4. Click Continue Sale

Changing the item

1. Add the existing product to the sale for a second time
2. Change the quantity to negative to cancel the original product
3. Add the new product to the sale
4. Click Pay
5. Select Preferred Payment Type
