How to activate inactive products via Spreadsheet

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Open Office for Mac or PC
  • Microsoft Excel for Mac or PC 

Steps

  1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
  2. Select Inactive under the Status drop-down.
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Export List 
  5. Change "0" to "1" under the Active heading in the file
  6. Save file
  7. In Retail POS, head to Products
  8. Click Import
  9. Import the recently saved file
