- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Open Office for Mac or PC
- Microsoft Excel for Mac or PC
Steps
- Navigate to Catalog -> Products
- Select Inactive under the Status drop-down.
- Click Search
- Click Export List
- Change "0" to "1" under the Active heading in the file
- Save file
- In Retail POS, head to Products
- Click Import
- Import the recently saved file
