Steps

Historical reporting data will still be available in Retail POS after a payment type is deleted, however, this data can not be exported and will not appear in exported register closures. Please export any necessary data required prior to deleting payment types.

1. Go to Setup
2. Click on Payment Types
3. Click on the payment type you want to delete or click the pencil icon
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
5. Click Delete Payment Type 

Additional Information

This can only be performed by Admin users.

Please note that you must have at least one Cash payment type.
