Can I view all customers with an outstanding On Account or Layby balance?

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

  1. Click Customers
  2. Click Export List
  3. On the downloaded CSV file, the Balance column will show the total amount the customer owes

Additional Information

A negative customer balance means that customer owes money on a sale.
