No, unfortunately, Retail POS gift cards cannot be synced to Shopify.

Additional Information

It is possible to work around this limitation on a case by case basis with the customer by issuing them a gift card in Shopify or using a partner like Wrapped to sync gift cards between Retail POS and Shopify. Gift cards can then be purchased and accepted both in-store and online.
