How to grant Shopify access for Retail POS (X-Series) support


Grant Retail POS support Shopify access for troubleshooting


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Shopify integration


  1. Log in as the account owner
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Users and permissions or Account.
  4. Click Add staff 
  5. Enter the email address as help@lightspeedhq.com
  6. Click the checkbox next to This staff account will have full permissions to enable
  7. Click Send invite

Additional Information

Make sure you delete this user once your ticket is closed.
