Granting Shopify access to Retail POS (X-Series) support

In the course of troubleshooting, you may need to grant Shopify access to Retail POS (X-Series) support. To do this, you'll need to create an account in Shopify:

  1. Log into your Shopify account as the account owner or a user with admin permissions.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Create a new Shopify user and invite x-series.invites@lightspeedhq.com. You must grant the staff account full permissions.
  4. After your ticket has been resolved, make sure you delete the user once your ticket is closed.
