Objective
Grant Retail POS support QuickBooks Online access for troubleshooting.
Setup
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- QuickBooks Online
Steps
- In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon.
- Under your company name, click Manage Users.
- Click Add User.
- Select Standard User.
- Click Next.
- Select the items that Retail POS support will need to access to troubleshoot your issue.
- Click Next.
- Enter
Retail POS
in the First name field,Support
in the Last name field and x-series.invites@lightspeedhq.com in the Email field. - Click Save.
Additional Information
Delete this user once your issue has been resolved.
