Objective
Grant Retail POS support QuickBooks Online access for troubleshooting.
Setup
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- QuickBooks Online
Steps
- In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon
- Under your company name, click Manage Users
- Click Add User
- Select Standard User
- Click Next
- Select the items that Retail POS support will need to access to troubleshoot your issue
- Click Next
- Enter Retail POS in the First name field, Support in the last name field and help@lightspeedhq.com in the Email field.
- Click Save
Additional Information
Delete this user once your issue has been resolved.
