Can I set a limit for a customer's account balance?

Answer

Yes, you can set a limit for how much a customer owes you on their account balance. Only users with the On Account permission can create or edit On Account limits. For instructions on how to enable this permission, visit our article Setting user roles and permissions.

Additional Information

You can check how much a customer owes you to date directly on the Sell Screen by clicking on their name to open up their existing balance details.
