Can I use my integrated payment with the "Pay Account Balance" option?

Question

When I click Pay Account Balance under a customer's name to pay off their balance, the total does not go to my EFTPOS/credit card terminal. 

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Integrated payment terminal

Answer

The Pay Account Balance feature does not integrate with any payment terminals. You must process these payments manually on your terminal and then enter the payment using Pay Account Balance.
