How to allow Xero access for Retail POS (X-Series) support

Objective

Allow Retail POS support to access your Xero account for troubleshooting.

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Xero integration

Steps

  1. In Xero, click Settings.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Invite a user.
  4. Enter the email as x-series.invites@lightspeedhq.com.
  5. Select the Advisor role.
  6. Click Send Invite.

Additional Information

For security reasons, please ensure you delete the Retail POS user once your ticket is resolved.
