How to allow Xero access for Retail POS (X-Series) support


Allow Retail POS support to access your Xero account for troubleshooting. 


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Xero integration


  1. In Xero, click Settings
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Invite a user
  4. Enter the email as 'help@lightspeedhq.com'
  5. Select the advisor role
  6. Click Send Invite

Additional Information

For security reasons, please ensure you delete the Retail POS user once your ticket is resolved.
