Duplicate SKU error when publishing product to BigCommerce


Unable to publish this product to BigCommerce because the SKU 111 is already used by a product in BigCommerce.


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • BigCommerce Integration


This error occurs when an existing product in Retail POS and BigCommerce is edited on BigCommerce and the SKU is changed to a SKU number that already exists in Retail POS.


  1. Change the SKU of the product in Retail POS or the product in BigCommerce to something different to be able to publish this product

  2. If the issue persists please reach out to Retail Support
