Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Shopify Integration

Steps

Through the Shopify app Page:

1. Click Setup
2. Click on Apps
3. Beside Shopify click on the pencil icon
4. Click on Get Shopify Orders
5. In the drop-down list select Get New Shopify Orders

Through the Retail POS sales history:

1. Click Setup
2. Click Apps
3. On the My Apps list, click the edit pencil next to Shopify.
4. Click Get Shopify Orders
5. Select Get New Shopify Orders

Additional Information

• Orders will not import if they include deleted products
• Orders can fail to import if they were placed on a 3rd party fulfillment app connected to Shopify
• Shopify orders older than 60 days are unable to be imported into Retail POS
