Are inactive products in Retail POS (X-Series) available for sale on Shopify?

Inactive products in Retail POS will be hidden on Shopify.

Additional Information

Making a product inactive in Retail POS will disable the product in both Retail POS and Shopify. It will no longer be accessible on your Shopify store or the Retail POS Sell screen. However, it does not break the link between the product in Retail POS and Shopify, so any updates made to the product in Retail POS will still carry across to the product in Shopify.

Inactive products in Retail POS will be hidden on Shopify's front end (customer-facing end) but will be visible in the Shopify product list. The product in the Shopify product list will show 0 sales channels.

Important

If you make any changes to this product in Retail POS, it will be made visible again in Shopify.
