Setting up secondary receipts for use in kitchens and cafes.

Setup

• Retail POS on iPad

Steps

1. In the Retail POS app navigate to the menu in the top left corner
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Hardware
4. Tap Add Printer
5. Complete the form adding the IP address and printer name
6. Change Receipt type to Secondary Receipt
7. Save

Additional Information

You can print both a standard receipt and a secondary receipt(s) to the same printer by adding the same receipt printer twice and changing the settings for each.

You can choose to print specific products with tags, for example, 'coffee' and 'tea', or 'food'.
