How can I bulk edit the loyalty points earned by my products?

 Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
  2. Click Export List
  3. Open the CSV file
  4. Locate the loyalty_value column
  5. Update the loyalty values for the products that you wish to amend
  6. Save the file
  7. Reimport the file into Retail POS
