Problem

When importing a Price Book CSV, the following error appears:

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

There is a non-numerical character in the Retail_price column.

Solution

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Price Books
2. Click on Export Price Book
3. Open your Price Book CSV file
4. Go to the Retail_price column
5. Remove any non-numerical character
6. Save
7. Navigate back to Catalog ->Price Books
8. Click on Add Price Book
9. Fill the information
10. Click on Choose File
11. Select the Price Book CSV file you modified
12. Click on Save Price Book
