Problem

A product shows a different retail price when added to the sell screen, but there is no discount shown on the sale. 

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Retail POS on iPad

Cause

This product is apart of a Price Book that has defined a different retail price for the product.

Solution

Retail POS for Mac or PC

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Price Books
2. Look through your Price Books to locate the one that includes the product
3. Edit the Price Book as required and click Save Price Book

Retail POS on iPad

1. Tap on the three horizontal bars
2. Tap Dashboard
3. Tap Menu
4. Tap Catalog
5. Tap Menu
6. Tap Price Books 
7. Look through your Price Books to locate the one that includes the product
8. Edit the Price Book as required and tap Save Price Book
