Problem

The print preview is displaying the entire barcode label. However, when printing off barcode labels, the end of the barcode labels are missing from the printout.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

This can be caused by incorrect margins in the Chrome print preview.

Solution

1. Click Products
2. Click on the name of the product which you want to print out the label for
3. Click Print Label
4. Click Next
5. Click Print
6. Click More settings
7. Click Default
8. Select Customised
9. Hover the mouse over the print preview on the right side of the screen
10. Click and drag the blue line on the right until it is 1/8 of the barcode label in toward the middle of the label
11. Click Print

Additional Information

It may be necessary to adjust the margin further than 1/8 of the barcode length if more of the label is being cut off.
