Problem

When printing out barcode labels the label comes out sideways rather than printing off the label correctly.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Chrome

Cause

This is due to the landscape/portrait setting being incorrect in the Chrome print preview.

Solution

1. Click Products
2. Find the product you want to print on the list
3. Click on the name of the product
4. Click Print Label
5. Click Next
6. Click Print
7. Click Landscape
8. Select Portrait from the list
9. Click Print
