Retail POS can be configured to display the supported language that best suits you. Retail POS is currently available in English, French, and Dutch.

Language availability may differ by region and settings.

Changing browser language settings

Where available, changing the language settings in your web browser will automatically change the language displayed in Retail POS. Select your browser for more information:

• Google Chrome

• Apple Safari

  Safari language settings are configured by your Apple device's language settings. You may need to change your device's language settings as well.

• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

If the language set on your browser or device is set to a variation of a locale, Retail POS will try to load the closest available option, for example French (CH) > French (Int'l).

Changing the eCom (E-Series) website builder language

If the eCom (E-Series) website builder doesn't automatically switch to your desired language, you can...

1. From Retail POS, navigate to Online > Webstore > Edit Site.
2. In the top left corner of the website builder, click on Settings > Go to Dashboard.
3. Scroll down to the very bottom of your eCom Dashboard.
4. Click on English to open the Language dropdown and select your preferred display language.
5. Scroll back up to the top of your eCom Dashboard, then click on Website > Edit Site to return to the website builder.
