Products are not deleted after clicking Delete All Inactive Products button

Problem

When the Delete All Inactive Products button is clicked, products are not being deleted. 

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

Products that are part of an open consignment, inventory count, or open sale will not be deleted. 

Solution

Abandon any inventory counts, or close any open sales /consignments that contain the products you are trying to delete.
