No, exchanges and refunds for Afterpay sales cannot be processed in Retail POS.
The only way to remove an Afterpay sale is to void the sale and reprocess it, however voiding the sale will NOT refund the original payment — this will need to be done manually.
Please contact Afterpay directly for further assistance on manually refunding Afterpay payments through Afterpay.
