Retail POS gift card reporting with Factor 4
When using Factor 4 with Retail POS and Issuing gift cards, the sales history will reflect two records:
- One record will record the funds collected to issue the gift card (this will remove a product from your inventory stock count and it should apply to your gross sales).
- The second record will indicate a gift card was issued with funds (this should not apply to your gross sales and the product should not have a stock count).
