Objective

To identify which variant is the parent to prevent making the entire product inactive when managing variants.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC 

Steps

CSV Export

1. Search the variant product in Products - using one of the variant's SKU will isolate that variant product
2. After confirming only the variant product is in the results, Export CSV
3. The first variant from the export is the parent variant of the product
