Full Product CSV Export doesn't include all Products


When exporting a full Product List to a CSV file, some Products are missing from the file.


  •  Retail POS for Mac or PC


There is a Product with a very long description that corrupts the file. 


  1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
  2. Change Status to All Statuses
  3. Click Export List...
  4. Select CSV format
  5. Open the CSV
  6. Look through the description column to locate the affected Product
  7. Go back to Products in Retail POS
  8. Search for the Product in question
  9. Click the pencil icon next to the Product
  10. Delete the Description
  11. Click Save

Additional Information

Once the description is deleted, the exported file should display all Products. If the issue persists, please contact Retail Support.
