Greyed Out Re-Order Checkmark


When Adding Products from Reorder Points to a Purchase Order, the checkbox is greyed out when choosing individually or selecting all, preventing the Reorder from being added to the Purchase Order.

 This happens when a Product has a Re-order Point but a Re-Order Quantity of 0. This prevents the order from proceeding because no inventory is added to the Purchase Order for that Product.


There are two different ways to resolve this:

  1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
  2. Type the product name into the search field
  3. Click on Apply Filter
  4. Click on product
  5. Click Edit Product
  6. Scroll to the Variant section
  7. Click on the arrow beside the variant name
  8. Add in quantity under Re-order Quantity
  9. Click Save

The second method is within the Purchase Order itself:

  1. Find the Product(s) with Quantity of 0
  2. Click on the Quantity box
  3. Change Quantity from 0 to desired Re-Order Quantity
