Due to legislation changes in Germany Retail POS is no longer able to support retailers in Germany.
From the 10th April 2020, our current retailers in Germany will no longer be able to access their Retail POS accounts and their data will be permanently deleted.
Additional Information
- We have notified the affected retailers via email. The first email was sent to all retailers on the 18th February 2020 and the second email was sent on 3rd March 2020.
- If a retailer is really unhappy and wants to be escalated, please escalate the ticket via the macro Daily Macros:: Send to Account Managers
