Steps

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
2. Find the name of the product in the list which you want to edit
3. Click on the pencil to the right of the product
4. Scroll down to the variants section
5. Click Edit value names
6. Click on the name you want to edit
7. Remove the current name by repeatedly tapping the backspace or delete key on your keyboard
8. Type in the new name
9. Click Apply Changes
10. Click Save
