How do I manually close my batch on my Pax A80, A920 and A60 terminal?

Setup

  • Pax A80, A920, and A60 terminal 

Steps

  1. Select the BroadPOS App on the main idle screen (it will be processor-specific i.e TSYS Sierra). If it prompts for a password, it will always be that days date in the format MMDDYYYY.
  2. Navigate to FUNC
  3. Select Batch
  4. Close Batch

Additional Information

Retail POS always recommends the batch to be set for auto close/settlement. Your payment processor may need to adjust the parameter settings of the terminal.
