How do I find my IP Address for a Chase terminal?

Objective

Before proceeding further in this document it is important to know what payment terminal you are planning to pair with Retail POS. Retail POS supports a variety of different terminals for Chase US and Canada. This article outlines the steps to support Chase Integrated Payments.

Setup

  • P400 or V400m

Steps

  • Select the 0 key and then the # key

  • This will take you to the main menu. Select Network Info.

  • After the screen loads locate IP Addr

Additional Information

Your IP address should display a sequence of numbers, four sets of numbers separated by a period (e.g. 192.178.0.133). If your IP address displays 0.0.0.0, the terminal is not connected to the internet.
