Objective

To generate a list of which are products linked to an e-Commerce store (Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce) in Retail POS

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

The simplest way to view and manage products linked to an e-Commerce store (Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce), is to filter the product Catalog using the Online Channel filter.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
   
   
   
   
2. Under the Online Channel filter, select Published to view products that are published to your e-Commerce store, or Unpublished to view products that aren't linked to your e-Commerce store
   
   
   
   
3. Select which e-Commerce integration you are wanting to view (i.e BigCommerce or Shopify); if you have more than one e-Commerce integration, these will need to be done separately.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Search
   
   
   

Tip

For products that are currently not published to your e-Commerce store, you can click Sell on ... to quickly publish them to your e-Commerce store.
