Brands
NuORDER by Lightspeed has over 3000 brands that want to connect and empower their retail merchants to purchase the items that they sell.
Brand admins curate a portfolio of items that retail merchants can purchase via the product gallery in NuORDER by Lightspeed, export to Retail POS, and sell in their stores.
Buyers
Buyers are Retail POS merchants. NuORDER by Lightspeed empowers over 500,000 merchants to connect with the brands they buy from and consolidate their purchasing flows into one platform.
Those who use Retail POS also have access to exclusive features, including exporting purchase orders from NuORDER by Lightspeed directly to Retail POS.
The exclusive integration features allow you to connect with all your brands and create purchase orders using the product marketplace that are sent directly to your brands for dispatch. These can then be exported to Retail POS to ensure up-to-date item information and accurate inventory levels for the items you are selling.
Connecting your NuORDER and Retail POS accounts
This integration requires you to have existing NuORDER by Lightspeed and Retail POS accounts. You can link multiple buyers to your Retail POS account but each NuORDER buyer can only be linked to one Retail POS account.
To connect your NuORDER account to Retail POS:
- Sign in to Retail POS.
- Navigate to Setup > Apps and click Connect to Lightspeed Retail under NuORDER by Lightspeed.
- Enter your NuORDER login details, then click Log in.
- Click Allow to allow Retail POS (X-Series) to access your NuOrder account.
- Review the Lightspeed Integration Terms and Conditions. Once completed, scroll to the end of the Terms and Conditions, select the I have read and agree… checkbox, then click Continue.
Clicking Cancel on the Terms and Conditions only cancels the connection process between the accounts. You'll still be able to use your NuORDER account separately from Retail POS. You can restart the process of connecting your NuORDER account and confirming the Terms and Conditions in Retail POS when ready.
- Click Connect to authorize the connection between Retail POS (X-Series) and NuORDER.
Your NuORDER and Retail POS accounts are now successfully connected. You will be taken to your NuORDER by Lightspeed settings page in Retail POS.
