Connecting Homebase to Retail POS (X-Series)

Retail POS integrates with Homebase. This integration helps you manage your team more efficiently with detailed employee scheduling, time tracking, advanced budgeting, payroll, and team communication features built specifically for retail businesses. The Homebase app allows employees to clock in, manage hours, and communicate on the go. Features may vary regionally.

Activating Homebase

To activate Homebase, connect with your Account Manager to add the module to your account. Afterwards, you’ll see the module in your Retail POS Billing page.

Once the Homebase module is activated, you can connect Homebase to Retail POS.

Connecting Homebase to Retail POS

After Homebase has been activated, you’ll need to connect it to Retail POS:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Apps.
  2. Under Homebase, click Connect.

  3. Follow the steps in the set up flow to connect your Homebase account to Retail POS.

Deactivating Homebase

To disconnect Homebase from Retail POS, you’ll need to remove the app from the App page, then remove the module from the Billing page:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Apps.
  2. Under My apps, click the trash icon next to Homebase.

    Removing Homebase from your App page does not remove it from your bill.

  3. Navigate to Setup > Billing.

  4. In the App Subscriptions tab, click the trash icon next to the Homebase module.

If the steps above are completed in order, Homebase will be deactivated and removed from your Retail POS account.
