How to confirm if a sale was successful on my Pax Android device


A sale may display successful on the Pax A-series device but Retail POS may prompt for the payment to be taken again. Before running the sale again, confirm if the sale was successful by following these steps.


  • Pax A60, A920 & A80


  1. Select the Retail POS app on the Pax terminal
  2. Once it displays Connected, press and hold down on the Retail POS Logo
  3. This will display all completed transaction records

Additional Information

This will show all completed transactions, not just sales in an open batch.


If the sale was successful, you can close the sale out in Retail POS by manually applying a payment to it.
