How to enable EAN-13 barcodes on your Honeywell 1400g Series Scanner

Objective

Set your Honeywell 1400g Series scanner from UPC-A mode to EAN13 mode to add a leading zero

Setup

  • Retail POS on Mac or PC 
  • Honeywell 1400g Series scanner

Steps

  1. Scan the barcode below to convert UPC-A barcode to 13 digits EAN-13 barcode. This adds a zero to the front of the barcode.
