Setting up your CommBank Ingenico Move 5000

Follow the steps below to set up your Ingenico Move 5000 with CommBank:

Enable Cloud mode on the payment terminal

  1. On the terminal, press Func and enter 11112227, then press Enter.
  2. When the terminal displays Configure Terminal Comms, press Enter.
  3. Use F2 and F3 on the screen to select Ethernet or WIFI, then press Enter.
  4. Enter pp.cloud.pceftpos.com as the Host Name.
    • To enter an alphabetical character, press the corresponding number key and then use the Func button to change the highlighted selection.
  5. When prompted for the Port number, set this to 443, then press Enter.
  6. Select ON for POS COMMS SSL, then press Enter.
  7. Select PCEFTPOS from the SSL Profile List, then press Enter.

The terminal will now be connected to the PC-Eftpos Cloud services, and Connecting to Cloud or Cloud Online will display on the screen. After a short time, a Pinpad Pairing Press Enter prompt will display on the screen.

Pair the terminal to PC-Eftpos Client

  1. When the terminal displays the Pinpad Pairing Press Enter screen, press Enter.
  2. The terminal will now display a Pair Code. Write down this pairing code to be used when pairing the terminal to Retail POS. If the pair code doesn't display on the screen, or if you need to manually access the pair code in the future, press Func and enter 8880, then press Enter.

Create the payment type in Retail POS

  • Creating the payment type on desktop

    1. In Retail POS, navigate to Setup > Payment Types.

    3. From the dropdown, select Other payment method.

    4. Click Begin setup.

    5. Name the payment type as desired.

    6. Select the outlet or outlets you want the payment type to be available for.

    7. In the Gateway field, enter https://vendgateway.azurefd.net

    8. Click Save payment type.

  • Creating the payment type on iPad

    1. In the Retail POS app, tap the menu icon and select Dashboard.

    3. Navigate to Setup > Payment Types.

    4. Tap Add payment type.

    9. In the Gateway field, enter https://vendgateway.azurefd.net

Pairing the CommBank Ingenico Move5000 to Retail POS

  • Creating the payment type on desktop

    1. Navigate to Sell > Sell and add a product to the sell screen.

    2. Click the product to expand and adjust the Price to $0.01.

    4. Select the new CommBank payment type you created earlier.

    5. When the error message is displayed, click Pair.

    6. Enter the Cloud ID/Client ID, Password, and the Pair Code.

    7. Select Print receipts using terminal printer if you want to print the EFTPOS receipts from the payment terminal inbuilt printer.

    8. Click Pair.

    Pair a second payment terminal

    1. Navigate to Sell > Sell and add a product to the sell screen.
    2. Click the product to expand and adjust the Price to $0.01. Click Pay.
    3. Select the new CommBank payment type you created earlier.
    4. When the error message is displayed, click Ok.

    5. Navigate to Setup > Payments types > Other payment method. Scroll down to the Gateway (optional) section.

    6. Enter the following URL in the Gateway URL: https://vendgateway.cloud.pceftpos.com/pages/pairing.html
    7. Click Save Payment type.
    8. Navigate back to make a transaction attempt, and choose the payment type you just edited. This will bring up the pair terminal display.
    9. Enter the Cloud ID/Client ID, Password, and the Pair code.

    10. Click Pair.
    11. Once the terminal is paired successfully, navigate to Setup > Payment Types > Other payment method.
    12. In the Gateway (optional) section, replace the URL with "https://vendgateway.cloud.pceftpos.com" and click Save Payment type.
    13. Navigate back to your sale and continue the transaction.
  • Creating the payment type on iPad

    1. Navigate to Sell > Sell and add a product to the sell screen.
