Hi. How can we help?

Managing Hyperspace integrations

Hyperspace offers a number of integrations that help tailor Retail POS (X-Series) to your business needs.

Integration setup

To add a Hyperspace integration to Retail POS (X-Series), contact the Hyperspace team directly.

Hyperspace apps you can add to Retail POS include:

  • Age verification app: This integration allows US-based merchants who sell age-restricted items, such as liquor, tobacco, and vape products, to scan a customer’s driver’s license during a sale to verify their age. It works with a variety of scanners, runs on the browser and iOS app versions of Retail POS, and is FDA-compliant.
  • e-Invoicing app: This integration allows merchants based in Saudi Arabia to generate e-invoices that meet regulatory requirements and email them to customers. For more information about regulatory requirements, refer to the Saudi Arabian Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) website.
  • Bottle deposits app: This integration helps merchants collect and manage bottle deposits in Retail POS by automatically adding refundable deposits to sales containing eligible bottles or cans. The customer pays the deposit during the sale, then receives a refund when the eligible empty bottle or can is returned to a redemption location.
  • Weight scale app: This integration allows US-based merchants who sell items by weight to connect Retail POS to supported weight scales and automatically add quantities to weighed items included in sales.

Billing for Hyperspace integrations

Hyperspace subscriptions are billed alongside Retail POS subscriptions in Retail POS (X-Series). This allows you to pay for both subscriptions in one location. To learn more about managing your Hyperspace subscription, refer to our third-party billing guide.
