If you’re selling composite products in eCom (E-Series), you can highlight them in your online storefront with a set of promotional elements like dedicated ribbons and promo text.
Promotional elements are displayed for all the composite items at once, and you can turn them on or off at any time.
Available promotional elements for composite products in eCom
You can highlight composite products in your eCom storefront using the following promotional elements:

Dedicated “bundle” ribbons that appear on the catalog and product pages.
Bundle ribbons are not visible if a composite product has promotional ("Compare to") pricing, is sold out, or is currently only available for pre-order. If a product has a custom ribbon applied in your online storefront, the "bundle" ribbon will appear only on the product page, along with the custom ribbon.

Promo texts with price comparison on the pages of composite products (“X$ if bought individually”). These promo texts are located right below the “bundle” ribbons and appear only for bundles that cost less than all the items purchased individually.

Promo texts (“This item can be bought in a bundle”) with a link to the bundle product on the pages of each of the composite components.
To change the default text of promotional elements, use the Store Label Editor in your eCom admin > Settings > Edit Store Labels.
Managing promotional elements for composite products in eCom
Promotional elements are applied to all the composite products that are enabled in your eCom storefront. You can turn these elements on or off at any time.
To manage promotional elements for composite products:
- In Retail POS, navigate to Online > Settings.

In the General tab, click Cart & Checkout.

Scroll down and toggle Show promotional elements for composite products on or off.
The visibility of promotional elements will be updated for all composite items in your online storefront.
